Position: Agile Coach / Scrum Master
Location: Tokyo (Hybrid work possible)
We are looking for a seasoned Agile Coach or Scrum Master to lead agile transformation and promote an agile mindset within cross-functional teams and the wider organization. You will be responsible for launching new Scrum teams, conducting coaching and training sessions, supporting Product Owners, and facilitating interdepartmental collaboration.
As an agent of agile transformation, you will work beyond team-level facilitation—contributing to organization-wide agile adoption, aligning with budget and evaluation models, and enabling sustainable agile management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement Scrum in projects and provide ongoing Scrum Master services
Launch, coach, and support Scrum teams through training and facilitation
Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to promote agile best practices
Lead organization-level agile transformation initiatives
Help define agile-friendly governance (e.g., budget handling, performance review)
Required Qualifications:
Native-level Japanese proficiency
Deep knowledge and embodiment of Agile principles
Proven experience as a Scrum Master
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in agile transformation
Project management background
Scrum Master certifications (CSM, PSM, etc.)
Change management experience
