Deliver a million dollar transition program
Manage onsite & offshore team to deliver the project on time, quality and budget.
Stakeholder Management - Senior level of client and offshore team
Work with client closely to resolve any issues.

応募要件：
Bilingual Japanese and English (professional Japanese (N1 or Native) and business English)
A large scale program management experiences
5+ years Project management with onsite and offshore delivery model.
Experienced or familiar with IT outsourcing model and how to manage offshore team
Communication and presentation skills with senior management level.
Deep understanding of Agile software development
